Application of the General Conditions of Sale

The present general conditions of sale apply to all our sales. The fact of ordering something implies( on behalf of the Customer) the whole adherence and without reserve on our general conditions of sale.

Booking

The booking is confirmed by mail by our services. The debit of the deposit made by our service reservation will be given back after the insurance of the availability of the room
Any demand of cancellation will be made in the conditions described in the conditions of cancellation.

Children and beds of supplement

All the children under 10 do not pay if they use the available bedding in the parents'room (only off season).
All the children under 2 years do not pay if they use babies beds
The maximum number of supplementary beds in room is equal to 1.
The supplement and babies beds are only available on inquiry; only the hotel can confirm them.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the direction of the Hotel Strasbourg ** of Montpelier reserves the right to take expenses :

In case of late cancellation, compensations will be asked : More than 21 days = 5€; From 21 to 15 days 25 % of the totality of the stay;
From 14 to 7 days 50 % of the totality of the stay,; less than 7 days = 75 % of the totality of the stay, no presentation = 100 % of the totality of the stay

For the groups, inquire during the booking.

Prices

For one person the price is 51 €, for " 2 persons " 60 € and for " 3" 75-€ . for high comfort rooms in formula "all included"count 15-€ extra (with breakfast included for the 3rd) .
The supplements do not appear in an automatic way in the total amount of the reservation; they must be separately adjusted with the hotel.

Payment

Visa card, Eurocard in ....... without minimum of purchase; card American Express from 100,00€.
Cash, Check under conditions (see with the service reservation)

Information and liberties

In application of data protection acts of January 6th, 1978, the Customer has a right of access and a rectification to the data concerning him and kept by the Trader.
